There are many emotional issues that find a corner in our heart, and refuse to die down. Over time, these issues can transform into a figurative emotional tumor that may increasingly impact negatively on our daily life.  Signs & symptoms may include a lack of concentration, loss of enthusiasm, self respect or motivation.  Internally, patients often share how they find they are waking with a sinking feeling, or feelings of anxiety or of feeling overwhelmed, even when there may ostensibly seem to be ‘nothing wrong’.  Often these feelings may be difficult to unpick or untangle, & it can be hard to initially understand why this might be.  Other signs & symptoms may include a fear of change, depression & anxiety & loss of good quality, restful sleep. These issues can spiral into our lives in various ways and become  channelled into other areas as we try to cope,  This may lead to an onward spiral that can feel overwhelming – creating or perpetuating difficult or challenging patterns within relationships, professional life, & health.

Whether it is the problem of repressed childhood experiences that you are facing, or an emotional breakdown due to divorce, failure or loss of a loved one, it is always good to know there is help.   Treatments may use gentle auricular acupuncture used in the treatment of stress, trauma, addictions & also PTSD which so often may be traced back to ’emotional war zones’ in our earlier life.  Just as a problem shared is a problem halved, so too the somatic body can find dialogue helpful to express & release stressful holding patterns that have not been fully let go.  If you think you might like to share your problem, & be supported with a range of alternative medicine & complementary care treatments, please contact The Well Body Clinics.  A natural holistic approach to the daily issues we all face.
